Normal Aircon General Servicing from RM120
Aircon general servicing is what keeps a healthy unit healthy. Malaysia's heat and humidity mean filters clog and drain pans grow slime faster than in cooler countries, so a daily-use bedroom unit usually needs a service every three to four months.
Our general service costs RM120 per wall unit, with a multi-unit discount when we do several at one address. It works for both split units and ceiling cassettes, on every major brand including Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi and Acson.

How much does a normal aircon service cost in KL?
A normal general service starts at RM120 per wall unit. It covers a filter wash, indoor vacuuming, drain pan cleaning and an outdoor unit check. If we service several units at the same address, you get a multi-unit discount.
How fast can a technician come?
We guarantee a response within 24 hours. We work 24/7, including weekends, public holidays and after-hours slots, across the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Chemical washes and new installations carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. Standalone gas top-ups carry a 1-month warranty. Every job also gets a 7-day follow-up check.
Will an experienced technician do the job?
Yes. Every field technician has at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and our lead technician has more than 10. We don't send beginners or trainees to your home.
Will the price change after the technician opens the unit?
No. Our prices are flat per unit and published on this site. If a repair or extra part is needed, we explain why and confirm the price with you before any work starts.

Should I choose an overhaul or a chemical wash?
Choose a chemical wash for routine deep cleaning. Choose an overhaul if the unit hasn't been serviced for years, the blower is clogged, or the smell comes back after a wash.
Do you service both split units and ceiling cassettes?
Yes. We service wall-mounted split units and ceiling cassette units in homes, offices, clinics and shops. Cassettes cost a little more to chemical wash (from RM270) because of ceiling access and the larger coil.
Will servicing lower my TNB bill?
Often, yes. A clogged filter and coil make the compressor run longer to reach your set temperature. Cleaning them restores efficiency. If your unit is old and inefficient, a new inverter unit with a good Suruhanjaya Tenaga energy label may save more over time, and we will tell you honestly which makes sense.
