Shop or Home Aircon Trouble in Seri Kembangan?
Shoplot cassettes running flat out from open to close
By mid-afternoon the shop feels stuffy, customers fan themselves and a cassette starts dripping near the counter.
Why it happens here: Much of the commercial stock here went up after 2000, so many shoplot cassettes are now 15 to 25 years old, and they run 10 or more hours a day, which clogs coils far faster than a home unit.
How we fix it: A scheduled aircon chemical wash every few months keeps cassettes clean, booked on a weekend or public holiday so you keep trading.
Blowing Warm Air
Usually a choked coil, low gas from a leak, or a failed capacitor. We test pressure and amp draw so you only pay for the real fix.
Why your aircon is not coldWater Leaking Inside
Slimy "aircon jelly" blocks the drain pan and pipe until water runs down your wall. A flush or chemical wash clears it.
Fix a leaking airconMusty or Mouldy Smell
Mould grows on the damp coil and blower wheel. Air freshener hides it. A chemical wash removes it.
Why your aircon smellsHigh Electricity Bill
A dirty unit runs longer to reach the set temperature, and your TNB bill shows it. A proper clean restores efficiency.

What Our Customers Say
A real Google review from a Kuala Lumpur customer. We would rather show one honest review than invent ten.
"I searched aircond service kuala lumpur and found Aircond Expert. Chose them because the pricing was clear upfront. The team arrived, checked gas pressure, cleaned the indoor unit, and explained what they were doing without talking down. Not the cheapest, but the work felt proper."

Townhouses, Condos and Shoplots
Here's what a typical week in Seri Kembangan looks like for us.
- Shoplot units around South City Plaza and Taman Equine. Restaurants, clinics, tuition centres and offices with wall splits and ceiling cassettes. We set up regular maintenance schedules so units don't fail on a busy day.
- Townhouses in Taman Universiti Indah and Bandar Putra Permai. Two to four units each, booked together for the multi-unit discount.
- Condos near The Mines. Standard condo rules: management registration, catchment bags and ledge access.
For commercial units running 10 or more hours a day, we usually suggest shorter service intervals than a home would need. We'll give you a plan based on your actual hours.
Three councils share the township (Subang Jaya, Kajang and Sepang), so before we move or add an outdoor unit we check which one covers your lot.
Seri Kembangan Aircon Questions
Can you service my Seri Kembangan shop on a public holiday?
Yes. We run 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, which is when most shoplot owners around Taman Equine prefer us to come.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for businesses?
We set up regular visits based on your daily run hours, with the multi-unit discount for several units at one address. Most shops settle on every 2 to 3 months.
What does a cassette wash cost for a restaurant or clinic?
From RM270 for a 1.0 to 1.5 HP cassette up to RM650 for 4.0 to 6.0 HP. Restaurants usually need washes more often because cooking grease sticks to the coil.
Which council covers my shoplot?
It depends on the street. Seri Kembangan is split between Subang Jaya City Council, Kajang Municipal Council and Sepang Municipal Council, so check which one issued your premises licence before moving or adding outdoor units. We flag anything that needs approval.
Do you cover townhouses in Taman Universiti Indah and Bandar Putra Permai?
Yes. Townhouses there usually have 2 to 4 units, and owners book them together for the discount.
Can you add a new unit to my townhouse?
Yes. Our installation package begins at RM280 for 1.0 HP with 10 feet of piping included, and we supply nine major brands.
