Setting Up New Townships Properly
Sungai Buloh's newer townships are full of first-time owners. Many moved in with bare walls and are fitting aircons room by room. We install from RM280 for a 1.0 HP unit, supply nine major brands, and come back for the first service when it is due. The area is further from the city than most we cover, but our 24-hour response guarantee still applies.

New Home Aircon Issues in Sungai Buloh?
Construction dust in brand-new Kwasa Damansara units
A unit installed only months ago already blows weaker air, and the filter turns grey within weeks.
Why it happens here: Kwasa Damansara is a 20-year build on a 2,330-acre former rubber research estate that started in 2015, so new phases rise next to occupied homes and fine site dust is drawn straight into the coil.
How we fix it: We size the aircon installation right from day one, then book an early chemical wash once dust has built up instead of waiting a full year.
Blowing Warm Air
Usually a choked coil, low gas from a leak, or a failed capacitor. We test pressure and amp draw so you only pay for the real fix.
Why your aircon is not coldWater Leaking Inside
Slimy "aircon jelly" blocks the drain pan and pipe until water runs down your wall. A flush or chemical wash clears it.
Fix a leaking airconMusty or Mouldy Smell
Mould grows on the damp coil and blower wheel. Air freshener hides it. A chemical wash removes it.
Why your aircon smellsHigh Electricity Bill
A dirty unit runs longer to reach the set temperature, and your TNB bill shows it. A proper clean restores efficiency.

What Our Customers Say
A real Google review from a Kuala Lumpur customer. We would rather show one honest review than invent ten.
"I searched aircond service kuala lumpur and found Aircond Expert. Chose them because the pricing was clear upfront. The team arrived, checked gas pressure, cleaned the indoor unit, and explained what they were doing without talking down. Not the cheapest, but the work felt proper."
The Distance Doesn't Change Our Guarantee
Sungai Buloh sits on the northwest edge of the Klang Valley. Our technicians come in via the NKVE, LDP and DASH, and jobs near the Sungai Buloh MRT station and Kota Damansara are reached easily outside peak hours.
It's further than Bangsar or PJ, but you get the same 24-hour response guarantee. For installation days, we book a full morning or afternoon so there's time for drilling, piping and a proper vacuum and test run without rushing.
Landmarks and routes we use
- Sungai Buloh Hospital
- Tropicana Gardens Mall
- Kota Damansara Community Forest
- Kwasa Sentral MRT station
Reached via the NKVE, LDP and DASH, with MRT stations at Sungai Buloh, Kwasa Damansara and Kwasa Sentral.
New Townships, First Installs
Most Sungai Buloh work is about getting new homes set up properly.
- New homes in Kwasa Damansara and Bukit Rahman Putra. Owners fitting aircons for the first time need sizing advice. A 1.0 HP unit suits a typical bedroom of around 120 to 150 sq ft, while a larger master bedroom or a west-facing room may need 1.5 HP. We'll measure and recommend.
- Kota Damansara condos and terraces. A mix of first services and replacements. Condos need management registration and ledge planning.
- Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh. Older homes with ageing units, where repairs and chemical washes are more common.
Every installation includes copper piping, insulation, wiring and drainage within the package limits, a vacuumed line set, a test run, clean-up and a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Kwasa Damansara is a 20-year build that began in 2015, so many new homes sit beside active sites and need their first wash sooner than usual.
Sungai Buloh Aircon Installation FAQs
Do you install aircons in new Sungai Buloh homes?
Yes. First installs in Kwasa Damansara and Bukit Rahman Putra are a regular job for us, and the 24-hour response still applies even though the area is further out.
What does an installation cost?
The package begins at RM280 for a 1.0 HP unit within 10 feet of piping. Extra piping, brackets or trunking are priced on the day before we drill.
Can you supply the unit too?
Yes: Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Acson, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Sharp, Midea and Hitachi. A Mitsubishi MSY-JR13VF 1.5 HP, for example, is RM1,525.
What HP suits a typical bedroom?
A 120 to 150 sq ft bedroom usually needs 1.0 HP; bigger or west-facing rooms may need 1.5 HP. We measure before recommending.
Why is my new unit already dusty?
Kwasa Damansara is a 20-year township build that began in 2015, so many homes sit next to active sites. Fine dust clogs filters fast; rinse them every 2 weeks and book a first chemical wash at around 6 months.
Which council approves outdoor unit changes in my area?
Sungai Buloh is split between four councils: Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Selayang and Kuala Selangor. Your assessment bill shows which one covers your home.
