Can you supply the aircon unit too?

Yes. We supply Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Acson, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Sharp, Midea and Hitachi. For example, the Mitsubishi MSY-JR13VF 1.5 HP is RM1,525 and the Acson AVO 2.0 HP non-inverter is RM1,600. Ask us for current prices on other models.

What HP aircon do I need?

As a rough guide, 1.0 HP suits a room of around 120 to 150 sq ft, 1.5 HP around 150 to 250 sq ft and 2.0 HP around 250 to 350 sq ft. West-facing rooms, top floors and rooms next to the kitchen need more. We'll check the room and recommend a size.

How long does installation take?

A standard wall-mounted split usually takes a few hours, including drilling, piping, vacuuming the lines and a test run. Longer piping runs or condo ledges can add time.

Why do you vacuum the lines?

Vacuuming removes air and moisture from the copper piping before the refrigerant is released. Moisture inside the system causes corrosion and damages the compressor over time. It's a step some installers skip. We never do.

Should I buy an inverter or non-inverter aircon?

For rooms used for many hours a day, like bedrooms used every night, an inverter usually saves enough on your TNB bill to cover the higher price over time. For rooms used occasionally, a non-inverter like the Acson AVO can make sense. Check the Suruhanjaya Tenaga energy star label too.

Do you install aircons in condos?

Yes. We handle management registration, mount outdoor units on the ledge with proper brackets and vibration pads, and route the drain to an approved point.

Do you install aircons in new Sungai Buloh homes?
