Our Story

## Built to Fix What Was Wrong With Aircon Servicing

Aircon Expert started in 2011 in Kuala Lumpur. It's managed by Yit Loong Trading and operated under **HKH Air Conditioner & Electrical Service**.

We started the business because we kept hearing the same complaints. Repairmen who didn't show up. Quotes that doubled once the cover came off. Dirty water on the walls after a "service". Customers in Malaysian heat deserved better than that.

So we built the business around a few fixed rules: publish the prices, send only experienced technicians, respond within 24 hours, and stand behind the work with a warranty. Today we service and repair more than 1,100 aircons a year, with 312 jobs in a single recent month, across the Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru.
